How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.
What are the shipping charges?
We try to provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping charges depending on the nature of the product. We try our best to keep as many products shipping free as possible. For now, We ship only within India. We do not accept any International orders.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We try our best to keep the time of delivery within 5-7 business days for domestic orders where deliveries are possible through courier. For areas that are not serviceable by courier companies, we have to rely on Indian Speed Post and that may take upto 15 business days. Despite our best efforts, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you.
How will the delivery be done?
We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and Fedex. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not servicable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Do you deliver internationally?
Fashionographyi does NOT deliver items internationally for now. We are working hard on trying to make international orders possible. We’re working out the details with shipping companies like DHL, DTDC, India Post or FEDEX to make sure shipments reach safely and timely to you. We will update our shipping range as soon as we work out the details shipping partners. in the meantime, if you can make an arragement to recieve our products within India, we'd be more than happy to deliver.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All Fashionography items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
Why did I receive a partial order?
Please check your order if it contains items with different delivery times. Items with different delivery times are shipped to you separately, so please don’t worry, your items would reach you shortly.
In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may have failed our Quality Check, which is done prior to dispatch, and we don’t have an alternate QC passed item. In such an event you may be sent that part of the order that is available in stock. Be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the product/s unless cancelled by you.
In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase we will refund you the payment made towards that item.
Who bears the Octroi for certain locations in India?
Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. amritionline.com is not responsible for any octroi payments.
How do I track my order?
An Email is sent to you as soon as the order is shipped, that contains the tracking information of your order. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number of your shipment details. Please find the list below:
